Terms of sale & license
These terms apply when you buy a resource ("asset") from Olentrix Assets. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Who handles the sale
Purchases are processed by Tebex, the official payment platform for FiveM. Tebex acts as the reseller and handles payment, receipts and sales tax, so Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to the payment itself. Olentrix Assets never receives your card details.
Delivery
Assets are delivered to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout and appear in your Cfx.re Portal, from where they can be downloaded and run on servers using your Cfx.re license key. Make sure you sign in with the account you want the asset on.
Your license
- You may run the asset on FiveM servers you own or operate.
- You may change its configuration files to suit your server.
- You may not resell, share, re-upload, give away or otherwise redistribute the asset or any part of it, modified or not.
- You may not attempt to remove, bypass or reverse the Cfx.re asset escrow protecting its files.
- The license is for you; it does not transfer with a server sale unless we agree to it in writing.
Updates & support
We fix bugs and release updates where we reasonably can, delivered through your Cfx.re Portal. Support is by email at help@olentrixassets.com. We can't promise compatibility with every other script, framework version or server setup, but we will tell you what an asset needs before you buy.
No warranty
Assets are provided as described on their spec sheet, without any further warranty. To the extent the law allows, Olentrix Assets is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or data loss arising from using an asset on your server.
Platform rules
You are responsible for running your server within the Cfx.re platform license agreement and Rockstar Games' terms. Assets are made for FiveM and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
Breaking these terms
If an asset is redistributed or its protection is tampered with, we may remove your access to it and its updates.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the date you bought it.
