Refund policy
Our assets are digital and are delivered to your Cfx.re account the moment payment completes. A delivered file can't be handed back, so purchases are final once delivered.
When we will help
- Not delivered. If the asset never appears on your Cfx.re account, we will fix the delivery or refund you.
- Charged twice. Accidental duplicate purchases of the same asset are refunded.
- Doesn't work as described. If the asset doesn't do what its spec sheet says on a supported setup and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.
How to ask
Email help@olentrixassets.com with your Cfx.re username, the Tebex transaction ID and what went wrong. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal - we can usually sort it out faster.
Chargebacks
A chargeback or payment dispute normally removes the asset from your Cfx.re account while it is open, and Tebex may limit future purchases from the account that raised it.
